CTS/LTS laser direct imaging exposure unit:
Models are designed and developed to be flexible, convenient and simple to use for screen printing customers.

Self-developed 405nm laser module has ultra-long service life of more than 30,000 hours.
With advanced image control technology, the edge of spot is clear and sharp even if the image is magnified 100 times.

The software has built-in Anteland raster image processor (RIP), which can support most kinds of design files under PC and Mac operating system, such as CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, FreeHand and etc. The program can also convert RS-274X “Gerber” file directly into 1 BIT “TIFF” image file.

High precision: optical resolution can reach from 2540 DPI to 254000 DPI.

High power: maximum exposure power is 150 mj/cm2. A 1500um thick emulsion can be exposed.

High speed: maximum linear velocity is up to 6 m/sec. The total output time is less than 3 minutes.

High efficiency: the film alignment process is replaced by laser direct imaging. Accurate exposure positioning greatly improves the yield of plate making. A function of multi frame can output 2~3 images at the same time.

Environment-friendly: photographic film, developer and fixer are not required, which can effectively reduce chemical pollution.

Low cost: There are no special requirements for brands of emulsion, materials of sample, flatness of frame and types of mesh. The damaged laser can be replaced separately without expensive overall replacement.
