UV Jettable Adhesion Promoter
The JP254 Jettable Primer and UV Adhesion Promoter improves UV ink adhesion on hard to print materials such as glass, ceramic, tile, and metals. Like UV ink, the JP 254 digital primer is printed directly on to the substrate and dried with ultraviolet (UV/LED) light.
This UV jettable primer is applied using an additional print head.
Advantages of Jettable primers have four main advantages: Improved printing productivity, manual labor savings, limits consumable wastage, limits chemical exposure to workers, and reduces VOCs.
The JP254 UV Jettable Adhesion Promoter is compatible with with all piezeo electric print heads including Toshiba, Ricoh Gen 5i, , 4, 5, Konica, and many more print-heads.
