Air Waves manufactures heat-applied transfers used by people of diverse backgrounds to decorate tee shirts, sweat shirts, aprons, jeans, mouse pads, and almost any other type product with a flat surface with material made from cotton and/or a cotton-polyester blend. In addition to our own line of graphic products, Air Waves manufacturers custom heat applied graphics for numerous textile manufacturers and retail organizations worldwide, in both large and small quantities. Process types include hot split (multi color flat), opaque, 4 color process and 4 color process puff, puff, puff glitter, glitter/glossy, litho, Rhinestud, transtitch, metallic, DuraTrans (opaque with a matte finish), and Propaque (4 color process that works on dark garments).
