Economical dual heater dryer for entry-level shops that require medium production output. Capable of about 160-200 pieces per hour per chamber and available in 18 and 30" (46 and 76cm) wide belts.
Heavy duty "X-Series" Conveyor Belt Tracking System with
Teflon coated fiberglass belt. Consistent DC belt speed control.
Two powerful 2,600 Watt heaters per chamber. Precise infrared focusing system
Belt-to-heater clearance 2" - 7" (5 - 17.7 cm); adjustable separately on each side for each heater.
Options include additional 40" (102 cm) chambers and/or 18" (46 cm) belt extensions; heavy duty belt motor (recommended for longer conveyor belts); low friction belt aligner
(recommended for longer conveyor belts); scrub air forced hot air for delicate materials; exhaust hood to reduce fumes at exit of dryer (DB-II-30 only); powered exhaust stack blower; locking casters for easy mobility.
