Dri-Box Compact Entry Level Infrared Conveyor Dryer

This compact entry-level dryer is the perfect companion for start-ups, home-based, and traveling printers. Dri-Box dryers can easily handle small production plastisol jobs of about 60-80 pieces per hour per chamber and are available with 18 and 30" (46 and 76cm) wide Teflon coated fiberglass belts.

Both Dri-Box models carry a 10 year heater warranty on the single 2,000 or 2,600 Watt heater.

The "X-Series" Conveyor Belt Tracking System uses a consistent DC belt speed control. Belt-to-heater clearance is adjustable from 2" - 7" (5 - 17.7 cm) and can be adjusted separately on each side for each heater.

The Dry-Box dryer can be expanded by adding 40" (102 cm) chambers and/or 18" (46 cm) belt extensions. Other options include scrub Air forced hot air for delicate materials, a powered exhaust stack blower, heavy duty belt motor and low friction belt aligner for longer conveyor belts, and locking casters for easy mobility. Both models come standard as a tabletop model with legs available as an option.
