RhinoMite Adhesive offers screen printers an easy to handle, flexible and durable two-part adhesive system. It affords high tensile strength, impact and solvent resistance, bonding the mesh to all types of frames. RhinoMite can be ordered in both thick and thin consistencies. For example, RMT 3000 is a thick adhesive of choice for use with coarser mesh to fill the voids in the material. And it offers superb bonding capability!

RMA 3000 is a thin adhesive, regarded for its ability to be used with high mesh counts and the ability to easily penetrate the material for a secure bond. For screen printers seeking an even thinner version, RMT 3001 can be thinned further – up to 10% - by the screen printer. RhinoMite Adhesive can be ordered in red or amber. The red is especially requested for use on yellow mesh.
Once applied, the adhesive dries in approximately 10 -15 minutes. When RhinoMite is mixed with the catalyst, there is a pot life of 5-7 days. Each unit is shipped as a kit with catalyst; available in quarts and gallons.

RhinoBond Adhesive systems requires no premixing of solvents and offers tension holding capabilities of over 80 newtons. The wide range of adhesives available will bond to all types of frames. They dry in seconds and are non-hazardous.
