Aerosol Clean Cleaners

These SCREEN CLEANERS work while ON-PRESS; when you suddenly notice that there is a clog in the screen and the ink isn’t being squeegeed through onto the substrate. To expedite the problem fix and to reduce down time, we offer S0100, an aerosol screen opener for use with WATER-BASED INKS and SO105, an aerosol screen opener for use with PLASTISOL, UV and SOLVENT-BASED INKS.

Using one of these aerosol’s, choose from either or all 3 methods to loosen the ink from the mesh and resume printing:

  1)     Spray/blast directly onto the clogged area of the screen and wipe clean.

2)     Mist the entire area to be opened and wipe clean.

3)     Spray product onto a cloth and wipe clogged area on the squeegee side of the screen and then on the flip side of the screen.

SO 105 - A EROSOL  SCREEN OPENER

Biodegradable screen cleaner.  Works with Solvent-based, UV and Plastisol inks. Used to open clogged and dried-up areas on the screen frame during the press run. Quickly flashes off the screen without leaving a film residue. Can size: 20 oz.
