With its huge 51 x 53 cm (20” x 21”) print area and the ability to print up to 9 colors, Diamondback XL offers more versatility for the price than any other automatic press on the market. Its servo-driven indexing system provides outstanding performance, while its pneumatic printheads can accept screens up to 66 x 91 cm (26” x 36”). Also included is M&R’s patented Revolver Print Program, which automatically operates individual printheads in programmed sequence and allows multiple flashing without losing a printing position.

Diamondback XL is available in either base or enhanced configuration. Both models feature a pivoting control panel with touch-screen display, side screen clamps with micro-registration, calibrated squeegee and floodbar pressure adjustment, M&R’s three-point pallet leveling brackets with quick release, calibrated rear stroke length adjustment, and 41 x 56 cm (16” x 22”) pallets. Enhanced Diamondback XL models add great features, including pneumatic screen clamps, pneumatic squeegee/floodbar clamps with no-tools angle adjustment, and pneumatic squeegee pressure regulators.
