The Vastex LittleRed X3D 30 Conveyor Dryer is a compact, high-performance infrared dryer designed for DTG, plastisol, water-based, discharge inks, and DTF adhesives. Built for speed and consistency, it delivers reliable curing across a 30" wide conveyor belt—ideal for growing shops and hybrid print environments.
Featuring three 24" infrared heaters (8,900W total at 240V), the X3D-30 includes an advanced preheating zone that quickly brings inks past 300°F, maximizing dwell time for efficient curing and faster belt speeds. A digital PID controller (±1°F accuracy) ensures precise temperature control, while the powered exhaust system removes fumes and helps regulate cabinet temperature.
Capable of curing 360+ plastisol, 185+ water-based/discharge, or 51+ DTG prints per hour, this unit offers strong production capability in a space-efficient footprint.
