In contrast to dryers with narrow belts, and low power, the Powerhouse Series has wider belts and powerful ovens that let you achieve higher production rates. Our digital control center utilizes a state of the art micro-processor and solid state electronics to
accurately maintain dryer temperature. Our controller has no moving parts, requiring minimum maintenance and providing greater up time. The medium wave infrared quartz elements transmit heat more quickly than conventional ceramic panels. Turbo air knives turn quick curing, IR heat into gentle convection heat for curing bulky items such as, sweatshirts and jackets. Heated air recovery draws preheated air from beneath the belt and returns it to the oven area. Our air system is great for curing water based ink systems including
discharge base.
