I was searching online for some tradeshow giveaways and came across Promo Direct. I ordered 300 BIC pens and had them personalized with my logo. The customer support team was very helpful and listened patiently to my requirements. Overall, my experience with Promo Direct was pleasant and rewarding. Won't mind doing business with them again.
