The heavy-duty American Phoenix Turbo IR™ solid state electric dryer from A.W.T. The Phoenix Turbo IR features a unique cure/dry system that performs up to 40% faster than conventional infrared dryers. The heating chamber contains five radiant panels with forced-air recirculation that provides a cooling airflow to facilitate fast curing at higher temperatures while eliminating scorching.
The air recirculation system utilizes large quantities of preheated air to reduce energy consumption, and distributes hot air evenly throughout the dryer, increasing overall energy efficiency and cutting production costs. Digital temperature and belt-speed displays streamline setups for repeat operations. Easily-adjustable radiant panel height and adjustable chamber aperture panels ensure total control of the curing process for maximum flexibility and efficiency.
