The Super-Turbo™ E modular electric forced-air dryer from A.W.T. World Trade, Inc. delivers efficiency and stability for industrial production of textiles. Fully modular construction makes expansion a simple matter of adding extra heating or conveyor sections.

Optimal curing temperatures are quickly reached in the Quartz preheat chamber before textiles are fully cured in the main heating chamber. Airflow is recirculated through the system, reducing overall energy consumption, while evaporates are removed through the exhaust system.

Temperatures for the preheat zone and main heating chamber can be set independently. In the event that air flow becomes restricted, the heating system shuts down automatically and a safety alarm is activated. This safety feature keeps the blowers operating, preventing scorching and blower burnout. The Super Turbo E features easy access to the filter system and all important system components.
